Ahmad Zahir 14 June 1946 – 14 June 1979 was an Afghan musician, songwriter, and composer, who is considered the all time greatest singer in Afghanistan. His songs were mostly in Dari Persian. He also sang a few songs in Hindi, Pashto and English.
