  • Athar Khan says:

The Only ppl will understand who r in The same situation Of pain in life, as mawlana(Rumi) caz he cries from pain n for others its just a music n words they just enjoys it …lol

  • Totally false translation .. u r a motasib.. This poem reffered to the Grandson of Hazrat Muhammad S (Imam Zaman) As الهم عجل لولیک الفرج

  • jek pek says:

O The Greatest of all beautiful ones ( Allah )!
    Ah! The sorrow of loneliness.
In yearning for you; ( my ) heart has reached its limit,
    It's time that You return.
Ah! This yearning for You is my cure,
( When I'm lying ) in the cradle of hopelessness.
And Your thoughts are my companion,
    ( while I ) seclude in loneliness.
Forever the flowers of this garden,
( world, life ); will not stay abloom.
    ( And so) reach – out to the helpless;
In times of ( your ) strength.

  • Great translation, well done, and keep up the great work. From the songs of Ahmad zahir, we can deduce his connection to almighty Allah, and how much spiritually he was connected to the lord of the worlds, Allah. His choice of poems and songs were a true sign, and May Allah bless Ahmad Zahir soul, and forgive him for minor and major sings, and grant him junnutal ferdos. For all Haters out there, remember one thing, no one is Perfect except Almight Allah. Secondly no one should judge another person, as Allah is the one that has created us all, and he will judge his slaves. Allah is the most kind and forgiving, so no matter how sinful his slave is, and if he truely repents, and does not commit the same sin again, Allah is so kind and forgiving. May Allah bless us all and keep us connected to him 🙂

  • Mario M says:

I totally disagree with the translation of TheHpe2. You can also translate this to your lover or the only LOVE 100%. Ahmad Zahir loved ladies man beside he was a sakhi guy or loved his God. He knew exactly what was going on in the world before we even witnessed in this century. Anyways, IF YOU THINK THAT AHMAD ZAHIR SANG THIS SONG FOR Allah(SWT), give me a dislike!

  • Valid Noori says:

    is it Rumi's Poem

  • I know from childhood that Ahmad Zhair songs are spritual. but you have done such amazing thing you turn my dream to true.

  • Riza Nazari says:

What an amazing job you have done with the translation both, in English and Dari. Love it. Thank you.

  • Frai Sar says:

I love what you have done with the translation and some insights into the poem. I would humbly suggest that you should also put link for the full poems when available. Shukron .

  • Loyal says:

I cant listen this song of Ahmad Zahir without dropping tears…

  • Plus you embeded your  translaton  spiritually which is awful. It has no phiosophical depth and it's contrary to God's adjectives and existing. Beauty is a female  and bojective adjuctive, God, as you said Allah is the king for everyone, but you mentioned him, the king of beautyful one that's meaningless. Also you put and add up your own extra word as the word GREATES, this word is not in the original peotry.

  • I know you probably put some efort to do  your translation. You should change your translation, it's irrelevant to this song. Go read the  book in regards to this poem. Its called Shabe Ba Hafi. Your translation is way off the truth. It realy is about a king  who Hafiz was waiting to see her/him.

  • AhMAD Zahir  Aziz o Bozurg
ma ra dar hejranat sokhte, ama khod dar behesht aram khwabide.
Dostat Darem.<3<3<3 jaet dar Qalb ha wa Khana hae mast

  • One should not use the words such as beauty or return for God!!! Beauty, intellect, body, limit, place, space, direction etc are the "sefat" or attribute of the creation.
Allah existeded without the beginning and nothing existed, no sky, darkness, light, heavens etc. He is as he was without a place. Place is for the creation. They have bodies and there for their bodies or area need a place to be in and if anything is in NEED,therefore, it does not deserve to be worshipped.

  • Ghazal 493. It was a bitch to find… But I did find it eventually. No English translations though, which sucks considering how hard this stuff is to understand. Let me know if you find an English translation somewhere.

  • ahmad zahir zenda ast o namorda o khabeda ast

  • Shamla Zee says:

Thank you so much gor the translation 🙂 love Ahmad Zahir !

  • What can i say !!!! Absolutely brillllliant job .i always had in my minds to do that ,lack of knowledge let me down 🙂

  • going2sleep says:

I am absolutely floored by the words of the poet. The way Ahmad Zahir enriches the song with his voice just is a true art. Incredible! Please post more.

  • love you man. nice translation, i hope u go for all his songs

  • killakam says:

    upload more videos!

  • yow says:

bro, i think he means it like in his heart.. so something like he was close then he feels far from Allah in his heart, so he is saying come back..

  • yow says:

bro, if the poem is from Hafiz, then it is connected to Allah as he was a saint..

  • Hi Fligher says:

It's amazing how you connect all the songs with Allah, I can understand you are a Muslim and so am I but this one has nothing to do with god or religion.
